2- How do I earn Strange Bucks?

Strange Bucks can be earned with a qualifying purchase. Qualifying purchases do not include taxes, shipping, or gift cards.
3- When do I earn Strange Bucks?

Strange Bucks are earned during specific earning periods online and in stores. The amount earned is based on the total amount of an eligible purchase before any discounts, taxes or shipping.
4- How will I receive my Strange Bucks ?

Guest shoppers

Strange Bucks are entirely digital so in store, a Strange Adventures Associate will help create an account for you so that you can redeem your Strange Bucks during the redemption period. If you choose to not create an account, you will be unable to redeem Strange Bucks.
5- Is there a limit to how many Strange Bucks I can earn within a period?

Yes, you can only earn up to $150 Strange Bucks per period.
6- How will I know when the Strange Bucks redemption period starts?

We'll send you an email when it's time to spend. Sign up for those emails here.
7- How do I redeem my Strange Bucks?

Spend your Strange Bucks during the specified redemption periods. Each Strange Buck coupon is valid on purchases of $30 or more.

Provide the Strange Adventures Associate your information at the register. Let them know you’d like to use your Strange Bucks.
Online

Log into your Strange Adventures account and simply proceed to checkout when you're ready and the coupons will be automatically applied. Keep in mind that Strange Bucks are a 1 time redemption!
9- Can I combine my Strange Bucks with other coupons?

During in-store and online transactions you can use as many Strange Bucks coupons as you want as long as the total amount meets the requirement.
12- I am not going to use my Strange Bucks; can I send it to another account?

No, Strange Bucks cannot be gifted to another Strange Adventures account.
13- What happens to my Strange Adventures if I make a return?

Strange Bucks cannot be returned. We will refund the amount you paid for the transaction, but you will not get your Strange Bucks back.
14- Do my Strange Bucks expire?

Yes, members can only use Strange Bucks during specific redemption periods. If you do not use your Strange Bucks during that time, the coupon will expire.

Customers who redeem Strange Bucks coupons are not eligible to earn additional Strange Bucks coupons on redemption transactions. Strange Adventures members will receive Strange Bucks coupons automatically in their account. Non-members will not receive Hot Cash coupons as a digital coupon unless signed up for a Strange Adventures Account. To redeem in-store or online, let the Strange Adventures Associate know your account information. To redeem digital coupon, must be logged in to your Strange Adventures account.
